Job Description
We are seeking a highly responsible and organized individual to join our team as a Shift Incharge. As a Shift Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the shift, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient productivity.
Your primary duties include coordinating with other team members, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure all processes are carried out effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards, handling customer queries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make quick decisions and solve problems efficiently. Previous experience in a supervisory role and knowledge of the industry are highly desirable.
