Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing project management reports
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects
- Keeping track of and reporting on project progress
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
- Coordinate project activities and tasks to ensure alignment with project goals
- Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, reports, and documentation of key project decisions
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, drawing estimates and scheduling meetings
- Maintaining client relationships by providing project updates, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong grip on JIRA, MS Project, MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
