Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Manager Accounts in our company. The Manager Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accurate record keeping, and providing financial reports to management.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the accounting team
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Implement and monitor internal controls
- Manage cash flow and budgeting
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is a must.
