Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams in Pakistan. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.
Your focus will be on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent. By building a robust tech talent pipeline, you will contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals for our IT positions.

Salary: 55,600 PKR/Month
Responsibilities
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates based in Pakistan on niche platforms
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses
- Stay updated with new tech trends
Requirements
- BSc in HR Management, IT, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience with interview formats
- Technical expertise in IT job requirements
- Familiarity with ATS and resume databases
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of HR practices
