Job Description
Job Summary:
The Accounts and Finance Specialist will assist in maintaining financial operations, including accurate record-keeping, financial statement prep, tax compliance, and managing payables/receivables. Responsibilities also include budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and update ledgers.
- Assist in financial report preparation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely tax filing and compliance.
- Stay updated on tax regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and monitor cash flow.
- Comply with financial regulations.
- Support audits and liaise with auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong accounting knowledge and software proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
- 2-3 years in accounting/finance preferred.
