Job Description
Crystal Facilities Management, a UK based company with operations in Karachi and Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. The role involves analyzing floor plans, creating cost estimates, and collaborating with bid teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop precise cost estimates for tenders and proposals.
- Generate quotes and pricing structures.
- Create and manage estimation spreadsheets using Excel.
- Propose efficient solutions within budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Experience in tenders and quotes within facilities management.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Details:
- Timing: 12pm to 8pm
- Salary Range: 7500 to 900
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Location: Karachi
