Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager Data Analytics – Finance Business Partner to join our team. As the Manager Data Analytics – Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and analysis within our finance department.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical insights and solutions for finance-related projects.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance, identify trends, and streamline processes.
- Leading a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Creating and maintaining financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management, making data-driven recommendations to optimize resources and drive profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a finance or accounting role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software such as SQL, Excel, and statistical tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
