Job Description
1. Design, configure, deploy, monitor, operate, and maintain the Access network including but not limited to the Access & Distribution Network, Wireless LAN, Passive Network, RF planning, and connectivity with the Core network.
2. Monitor, secure, operate, maintain, troubleshoot the Access network, and provide Level 2 support for escalated support tickets/requests.
3. Propose and design solutions based on IT, independently and as a team member.
4. Prepare technical documents to support IT procurement, policies, processes, and SOPs.
5. Review and recommend Passive network design.
6. Lift networking equipment up to 5 kg, monitor signal status, and work on a ladder occasionally.
7. Act as a limited backup to the Network Administrator and System Administrator.
8. Act on behalf of the junior team for smooth network functioning.
10. Manage Helpdesk/Support team and evaluate performance indicators.
11. Assist and report to the immediate line manager.
12. Handle other tasks in the IT domain assigned by the senior.
