Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope:
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company. We’re specifically looking for a candidate based in Pakistan who will work remotely. Priority will be given to underrepresented/diverse candidates. Working hours are 3 PM to 12 AM (Pakistan time) to align with the US Eastern Time Zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
- Identify potential leads through various online and offline channels.
- Maintain accurate information on leads in the CRM system.
- Assist in qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
- Support Head of Growth in business development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in deal sourcing or business development.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client engagements effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM and prospecting tools.
