Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Administrator to join our IT team. As the first point of contact for technical support, you will provide assistance and resolve technical issues for employees, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document and track technical support requests and resolutions
- Assist in maintaining network security and data backup systems
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and software
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technologies and solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals
