Job Description
· Responsible for maintaining faulty machines like customer returned products;
· Create product maintenance manual documents and experience cases to enhance maintenance skills and efficiency;
· Analyze maintenance data to improve product quality;
· Coordinate resources to handle after-sales service complaints and optimize processes;
· Provide training on equipment repair and maintenance;
· Formulate project delivery plans, track progress, and lead on-site implementation;
· Track and solve product and technical issues on-site to ensure customer satisfaction;
· Offer training and support on product technical parameters and operation;
· Conduct project document management, summaries, and risk control;
