Job Description:

• Liaison with Clients: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their project requirements.
• Project Operations: Manage the overall operations of e-commerce projects, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Technical Skills Development: Proactively learn and apply technical skills related to e-commerce and Amazon selling to contribute effectively to project success.
• Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support project documentation and reporting.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel to analyze and report on data trends, providing insights to inform decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong willingness to learn technical skills.
• IT literacy and high proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
