Job Description
Financial Reporting and Accounting:
- Client invoicing, ledger maintenance, and day-book management using QuickBooks.
- Manage quarterly HST filings, annual tax filings for Canada and USA.
- Prepare budget, cost analysis reports, and project costing for clients.
- Track and manage employee/contractor time sheets for pay cycles.
- Handle back-office operations and legal compliance matters.
- Create financial statements, advisory, and calculation templates.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- 5-6 years managing QuickBooks in Pakistan and one other foreign country.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Financial analysis experience is a plus.
- Good written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
