Position Overview:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic advertising solutions. This role requires overseeing day-to-day account activities, supporting the Account Director in developing and implementing marketing strategies, and leading project teams to execute integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring all deliverables align with their goals. Provide ongoing strategic support and advice to clients.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive account strategies that align with client goals and market trends. Collaborate with the Account Director to ensure strategies are innovative and address client challenges effectively.
• Campaign Management: Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and optimize campaign performance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, provide clients with updates and insights, prepare reports on key metrics, outcomes, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in advertising or marketing agency.
• Proven track record in managing accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, including digital and traditional media.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software.
