Job Description
Department & Function: NOMC
Location: Islamabad
Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose: To manage Metro network configuration including FTTH network
Job Responsibilities:
- Configurations on PTN, OTN and DWMD devices
- Provisioning advanced level support for Core Transmission
- Coordinating and implementing new Core Transmission network entities
- Network Optimization based on key performance parameters analysis
- Performing health checks for maintenance
- Coordinating with vendors & regions for emergencies
- Ensure quick identification of outages and issues
- Manage premium support to customer complaints
- Ensure strong follow-up on issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Electrical
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Skills – Generic: Communication, Leadership, Time Management, Problem Solving
- Skills – Job Specific: Configurations on PTN, SDH, DWDM, Core Transmission Networks
