Job Description
- Successfully support the coordination of 3 to 5 projects simultaneously, varying in complexity.
- Document and report all project data accurately and promptly.
- Support the delivery of IT projects on schedule and within budget.
- Review and develop IT-related contract documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Develop detailed technical scopes of work for IT projects.
- Review and coordinate the approval of IT project submittals.
- Monitor project progress and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure projects remain within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage project risks and issues effectively.
- Track project status and provide management reports.
- Experience coordinating multiple IT projects of varying complexities.
- Demonstrated experience in project environments.
- Involved in all phases of the project life cycle, from planning to closeout.
