Job Description
The Application & Compliance Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end application process, ensuring all university applications are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing applicants for interviews, handling visa applications, and ensuring all university requirements are met. The officer must submit a minimum of 15 error-free applications daily, adhering to SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete and submit at least 15 applications daily, meeting university requirements.
- Conduct pre-submission checks, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Prepare applicants for interviews and conduct mock interviews.
- Assist with visa applications and provide necessary support.
- Review bank statements and financial documents for compliance.
