Job Description

SmartBenefits is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi.

Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operational activities.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement training programs for clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance companies.
  • Resolve client queries and manage client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assist with fluctuation and card dispatch.
  • Support the sales teams.
  • Generate and analyze reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
