Job Description
SmartBenefits is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi.
Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational activities.
- Oversee the client onboarding process.
- Develop and implement training programs for clients.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance companies.
- Resolve client queries and manage client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist with fluctuation and card dispatch.
- Support the sales teams.
- Generate and analyze reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in operations.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
