Job Description
SourceCode is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Team Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of academic writers for morning or night shifts.
- Ensure the production of high-quality academic content.
- Monitor project deadlines and maintain academic integrity standards.
- Collaborate with management to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an academic writer.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage both morning and night shifts.
- A commitment to maintaining academic excellence.
Note: It’s an onsite Job
Morning Shift: 9am – 6pm
Night Shift: 9pm – 6am
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
