Job Description
We are looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter to join our team with a basic salary of up to 30k. This role requires you to have your own Indeed Employer account, as the company will not provide one.
Job Responsibilities:
- Post jobs on Indeed regularly.
- Gather and provide data for 10k CVs in raw form (without shortlisting).
- Maintain and update an Excel sheet with all resume data.
- Ensure the daily submission of 100 CVs.
- Monitor and manage responses from job postings on Indeed.
- Address any issues with the Indeed account promptly, understanding that salary payments are contingent on the functionality of your account.
Compensation:
- Basic salary up to 30k.
- A 5k bonus for submitting more than 10k CVs.
Note: If any issues arise with your Indeed account, your salary will be stopped, and your full and final dues will be paid.
This is a part-time role with a maximum of 1 hour of work per day. If you meet the requirements and are ready for this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
