Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore
Job Type: On-Site
Responsibilities
- Handle Queries, Requests, and Complaints from customers tactfully.
- Follow standard processes and procedures for providing solutions.
- Ensure superior customer engagement and experience.
- Must be able to overcome objections and handle customer pushback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English skills, both written and verbal
- 1 or 1+ years of experience, Freshers can also apply.
