Job Description
Role Specifications:
- Analyze regional performance marketing channels (email, paid search/social) and provide optimization recommendations.
- Conduct analysis to understand the effectiveness of paid channels and provide insights.
- Support testing and optimization of campaigns through data-driven hypotheses, tracking, and analysis.
- Test and optimize different approaches to enhance customer acquisition via paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to improve paid campaigns performance globally.
- Work with regional marketing teams to define targeting criteria and execute campaigns accordingly.
Skills Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Experience managing Meta & Google search campaigns in multiple countries.
- Building effective multi-channel marketing strategies (PPC, SEO, social media).
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis, including Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data and consumer trends for higher ROI.
- Proven track record in improving ROI and conversion rates in Meta and Google Search campaigns.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Location: Remotely working – Pakistan Standard Time, Full-time (Monday to Friday)
