This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Tekboox in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining high levels of customer service on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the IT industry or technical support is a plus
