Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and reliability initiatives, ensuring maximum uptime and optimal performance of plant assets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance and reliability initiatives for maximum asset uptime.
- Manage asset lifecycle, upgrade planning, installation, and commissioning.
- Enhance MTC processes and support cost reduction strategies.
- Oversee resource deployment, team development, and energy optimization.
- Implement best maintenance practices and ensure timely project completion.
Job Requirements:
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10-15 years experience in MTC, 5 years in leadership.
- Expertise in reliability methodologies and strong safety leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in SAP PM module.
