Job Description
You are an ideal candidate if you have the following experience:
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Investigate and determine client’s wants and needs
- Plan and implement social media strategies for clients
- Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Social Media Marketing Campaigns including Digital PR and Influencer Marketing campaigns
- Optimize digital content to improve performance
- Prepare and present media strategies and plans to internal and external stakeholders
- Recommend, design, and implement digital projects to increase ROI
- Prepare and present periodic reports on campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Keep abreast of new trends in digital technology
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors (in relevant regions)
- Work with marketing, media, content, and design teams to build monthly/yearly social calendars
- Manage approvals and feedbacks
- Consistently monitor and analyze digital marketing and campaign performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Liaise with content excellence team for campaign concepts, ideas, and content strategy
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Team player
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent communication, social media, and project management skills
- Good time-management skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
