Job Description
Qualifications: Matric
Experience: Fresh – 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them as appropriate.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and assisting in recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication within the office.
