Job Description
JOB TITLE: Finance Supervisor
JOB TYPE: On-Site

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Finance Supervisor to join AL-MADIHA ENTERPRISES. Responsible for financial operations, client coordination, and team leadership. Ideal candidate has a finance background and leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Leadership, Operations Management, Reporting, Process Improvement, Client Coordination, Data Analysis, Budget Oversight, Management, Audit, Compliance, Team Leadership, and Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business. 5+ years finance experience, 3 years in a supervisory role. Proficient in finance software, strong leadership, and analytical skills. BPO experience preferred.

JOB TIMINGS AND TRANSPORTATION: Evening shift 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST. Transportation provided for female employees during these hours.
