Job Description
Associate Creative Director at Spectrum | VMLY&R
With a showreel to be proud of, you should have the ability and enthusiasm to respond quickly to creative challenges. Experience and thorough knowledge of the audio-visual medium – from concepts, and scripts to production – is required. You should have preferably worked in an agency on FMCG accounts.

Job Description
- Taking the lead in brainstorming sessions and concept direction with the creative team
- Giving a strategic direction to the campaign brief
- Confidently present and sell concepts to clients
- Staying current on the latest industry trends
Qualifications
- An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual and traditional work (TV, OOH, Print)
- Strategic thinking that leads to cohesive briefs
- 2-3 years of experience in an ad agency known for creativity
