Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to oversee scheduling for a wind energy project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules from pre-construction to commissioning.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify risks to project schedule and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
- Implement best practices in project planning and seek process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of project planning experience, focusing on wind energy projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, GIS, and AutoCAD.
