Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies for accurate customer support.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
  • Stay updated on product changes and industry developments for informed support.

Qualifications:

  • Spoken English proficiency at B-2 and C-1 levels.
  • Minimum Intermediate Degree.
  • Excellent written communication skills focusing on clarity and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in chat support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • High level of empathy and patience with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
