Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions on ERP systems.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment strategies to attract talent.
- Screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist in conducting interviews (phone, video, in-person).
- Provide timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Assist new hires during the onboarding process.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are preferred.
