Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Sialkot as an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor, as a member of the student services team, will work side by side with our clients in mapping their educational journey. The counselor will help clients with the applications process, provide advice on universities and courses, and support clients in making informed decisions on their future education.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Education or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated customer service and counseling experience
- Experience with student services and/or education consultancy is a plus
- Familiarity with university applications, entry requirements, and visa processes
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, with strong knowledge of local languages
- Experience with and knowledge of the education system in Pakistan, as well as international education systems and universities, is a plus
