Job Description
- Proper stock maintenance.
- Implement shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image, and ergonomics for customers.
- Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities planned.
- Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems, capabilities, and staff and customer awareness.
- Development of staff skills and capability through ongoing training.
- Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff.
- Coordinating with other functional teams to improve efficiency and market share.
- Maintaining staff and product hygiene at all levels.
- Customer Visits to handle complaints and maintain good relations, measure potential business needs, and take feedback on products and services.
- Shrinkage control by proper ordering as per need and controlling price to ensure quick sales.
- Bringing new ideas and techniques to boost the overall sales.
- Control over old stock and negative and zero stocks.
- Proper execution of partial inventory as per schedule.
