Job Description
Type: Full time, Remote
Work time: 7 am PST California – 2 pm PST California (Monday-Friday)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email with a focus on providing accurate and timely information.
- Process phone orders, replacement orders, and sample orders efficiently.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fulfillment, shipping, marketing, and other departments to enhance order accuracy and overall customer experience.
- Act as an advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Day-to-day tasks will involve direct interaction with customers, making this role an excellent learning opportunity, particularly for those interested in eCommerce.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity or a willingness to learn platforms such as Shopify, Asana, ReAmaze, Slack, and Amazon (Seller Central).
- Prior experience in online customer service or the pet industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Training: Our client provides comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped for success in this role. While prior experience is beneficial, a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
