Job Description
Production Engineer is responsible for carrying out, following, and developing production and maintenance activities in Coca-Cola CCI. The main responsibility is to ensure the efficient execution of the planned production program. This includes organizing trainings for foremen, operators, and technicians, as well as providing referral and management for employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement protective and preventive maintenance programs to ensure machine compliance.
- Ensure the realization of planned production program.
- Carry out production according to defined process standards and take actions to improve the process.
- Maintain material yields within company standards.
- Develop work safety procedures and ensure team compliance.
- Execute machine maintenance based on plans.
- Conduct criteria assessments, prepare reports for continuous improvement, and present action plans to management.
- Determine training needs for foremen, operators, and technicians.
- Enforce safety procedures and rules within the team.
- Manage line OPEX budget and equipment investment projects.
- Improve production methods to enhance product quality.
- Manage spare parts stock level.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and 6S rules.
- Minimize production costs and losses.
- Implement Quality, Food Safety, and HSE management systems.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent).
Skills:
Candidates must have good communication and soft skills, as well as technical, maintenance, and operational experience with Husky Injection Molding Machines. Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.
