Job Description
Qureshi Group is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to oversee our hair and beauty salons. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and excellent organizational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The main responsibilities of the Operation Manager Salon include:
- Organizing and overseeing the operations of hair or beauty salons
- Ensuring compliance with the highest sanitation standards
- Ensuring all staff are complying with occupational health and safety regulations
- Maintaining the salon’s readiness and well-preparedness for top-quality customer experience
- Carrying out staff evaluations and determining training needs
- Maintaining the highest standard of hygiene, decor, ambience, sound, smell, and feel
- Proactively managing preventive maintenance of all equipment and tools
- Continuous development of staff through workshops and training sessions
- Providing growth and counseling sessions to the staff
- Monitoring daily salon operations
- Auditing all the outlets and reporting to the management
