Job Description
Learning Pitch is seeking a Business Analyst for our Islamabad office. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business, and familiarity with CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Develop solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis and maintain documentation.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and provide ongoing support.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in business analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
