Job Description
Utopia Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager – Human Resources with 2-4 years of experience in international hiring, especially for US roles. This role involves end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting various HR functions.
Shift: Night (06:00 pm – 03:00 am)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in local and international recruitment processes, ensuring effective hiring.
- Utilize recruitment tools to attract top talent for US roles.
- Collaborate with departments to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
- Manage full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide support in HR functions including HR Operations, employee relations, and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-4 years of international hiring experience.
- Knowledge of US recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
