Job Description
One of our clients, Talent Development Company Pvt Ltd, is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for their head office in Lahore.
Gross Salary: 800k-1,00,00k
Other benefits as per company policy.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with Managing Director to set and drive organizational vision, operations strategy, and KPIs for Manufacturing Units and Supply Chain Department.
- Implement strategies aligned with company initiatives for growth and efficiency.
- Oversee operations and productivity to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor supply chain plans for timely availability of materials and efficient deliveries.
- Strengthen vendor relationships for quality and cost efficiency.
Experience & Education:
15 – 18 years in manufacturing industry.
BSC Engineering/MBA required.
