Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Network and Support Engineer to manage Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues for our customers. The ideal candidate should have expertise in network management, troubleshooting, and supporting Mikrotik routers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for network-related issues.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain network equipment, especially Mikrotik routers.
- Diagnose and resolve network problems and provide detailed analysis.
- Communicate effectively with customers and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stay updated on networking technologies.
Requirements: Must be available from 6 PM to 3 AM in Pakistani time, respond to customer queries on WhatsApp within 10 minutes.
