Job Description
MBA with at least 6 years of relevant experience or MPA with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Specialization in Human Resources shall be given preference.
- Responsible for smooth IR activities and maintaining industrial peace throughout the Company
- Plan activities relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
- Responsible for legal compliance with statutory requirements under the Industrial Relations Ordinance, Factory Act, and various other Labor Laws.
- Assisting in charter agreements/activities/processes.
- Advise Management and CBA in development, application, and interpretation of various labor laws, policies, and practices.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions
- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies
- Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures
