Job Description
Our client, The Zero Gap, a leading corporate forum, is seeking an Event Project Manager in Islamabad (Onsite role) to oversee virtual and physical conferences. The role involves managing speakers, sessions, and event logistics with exceptional English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Management: Develop conference agendas, manage exhibitions, and ensure timely distribution of invitations.
- Sponsorship & Partnerships: Create proposals, build sponsor relationships, and maintain partnerships.
- Communication & Outreach: Coordinate content creation, curate event highlights, share video shorts on social media.
- Event Logistics & Administration: Ensure availability of event materials, manage logistical details, prepare post-event reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years’ experience in event management, excellent project management, interpersonal skills.
