Job Description
- Responsible for developing and administering the local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure.
- Deploying security measures to maintain data integrity on the LAN.
- Developing, managing, and testing disaster recovery plans for the Local Area Network.
- Administering and providing support for front-end and back-end Servers.
- Supporting equipment for teleconferences, routine maintenance of PABX, and communication systems.
- Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Administering and maintaining routine system backups.
- Providing high-quality end-user support services to staff and authorized network users.
- Managing IT inventory, procurement, and disposal of IT Equipment.
- Managing projects, planning and implementing systems maintenance and administration.
- Planning future improvements and suggesting IT solutions to business problems.
