Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform recruitment activities for planned and budgeted positions.
- Report manpower addition to Head HR & OD, job analysis, and rationale.
- Provide required manpower on time in assigned departments.
- Conduct effective and fair new employee orientations according to established process.
- Regularly check employee files to ensure proper record maintenance.
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Preferably in HRM)
Work Experience: 0 – 6 months (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
