Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge based in Islamabad. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring retail loss prevention measures are in place, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and optimizing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Communication skills
- Proven track record in store management, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff supervision
- Understanding of retail loss prevention measures and experience in implementing policies and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the diagnostic, medical, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
