Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, strong understanding of technical roles, hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple processes, familiarity with ATS, and a degree in HR or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior tech sector recruiting experience, industry contacts, and certifications in recruitment or HR.
