Job Description
Responsibilities:
1) Ensure alignment of risk data in various reports and presentations.
2) Coordinate ERM and PRoAACT training sessions.
3) Conduct budget analysis at regular intervals.
4) Analyze reports from ProAACT.
5) Conduct performance review meetings with divisions.
6) Manage smooth operations of ProAACT and liaise with teams.
7) Address system issues and provide timely solutions.
8) Provide support for SAP PS module issues.
9) Perform gap analysis and conduct UAT for new changes.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
1) Understanding of Planning & Scheduling, Budgeting, Risk Management.
2) Strong analytical skills.
3) Knowledge of SAP, Project Management SOPs.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Willingness to take initiatives for improvement.
6) Developmental understanding of ProAACT modules.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in Planning and Project Controls.
Education: B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
