Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of one of its global clients, is seeking a Total Rewards and People Operations Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in auditing and maintaining employee files.
- Handle disability claims and related paperwork.
- Manage unemployment claim filings and respond to agencies.
- Complete verification of employment forms.
- Organize payroll tax notices and ensure proper responses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Comfortable working in EST time zone (Evening/Night shifts).
- Excellent English communication skills.
