Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and self-organized IT Admin to join our client in Dubai. As an IT Admin, you will be responsible for managing all IT Systems of the company, including Microsoft 365 and JIRA. Responsibilities include tracking software subscriptions, ensuring systems are up-to-date and reliable, and overseeing cybersecurity policies. Open to candidates willing to relocate to Dubai.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of software, hardware, and networks
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructures
- Setting up accounts and workstations (User Management)
- Fixing IT problems and failures
- Training employees in IT topics
- Developing internal documentation and IT guidelines
- Experience in DevOps
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a system/network administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Experience with Microsoft 365, JIRA, and CRM systems
- Knowledge of databases, networks, and system security
- Ability to create scripts in Python or other languages
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft 365 certification
- Language skills: Proficient in English, basic German
