Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Solar Energy sales team at Mason1 Pvt Ltd. Responsibilities include devising sales strategies, resolving client issues, overseeing sales team recruitment, and ensuring team adherence to company policies.
Job Description:
- Create regional sales plans aligned with business goals
- Supervise sales team, provide incentives for target achievement
- Monitor team performance and cultivate client relationships
- Identify sales opportunities, evaluate individual performance
- Report on sales results, forecast profits, and train new sales staff
- Analyze market trends, propose growth opportunities
- Suggest solutions to potential problems and contribute to expansion decisions
- Recommend innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Marketing
- 2-3 years experience as a Solar Sales Manager
- Experience in industrial/commercial sales is mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving, management, and communication skills
